Usage:

  • 1. Use as an ordinary buck module with overcurrent protection capabilities
    • (1) Press the right button, LED adjust to the output voltage, adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer" so that the output voltage reaches the voltage value you need;
    • (2) LED display is adjusted to Display output current, module output terminal directly short connect ( ie: use thick wire short circuit output terminal), at this time, adjust "constant current potentiometer" so that the current value of the digital Meter reaches the preset value of overcurrent protection; (Such as on-board ammeter shows current values 4A, then the module maximum current is limited 4A. current to 4A, the red light is on.)
    • (3) connect to the load, it works.
  • 2. Use as a battery charger
    • (1) to determine the battery float voltage and charging current ( If lithium battery parameters is 3.7V / 2200mAh, then the float voltage to 4.2V, the maximum charging current is 1C, namely 2200mA)
    • (2) no-load conditions, LED display is adjusted to Display output voltage,, adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer" so that the output voltage reaches the float voltage;
    • (3) LED display is adjusted to Display output current, module output terminal directly short connect ( ie: use thick wire short circuit output terminal), at this time, adjust "constant current potentiometer" so that the current value of the digital table reaches the preset value of charge current value;

    • (Step 1/2/3: input connect power supply; output no-load, don't connected LED lights.)

Note:

  • 1. If the module can not be adjusted, the output voltage is always equal to the input voltage." When you encounter this problem, please counterclockwise rotation of the potentiometer 10 laps or more, then you can adjust the output voltage. Because the factory default output voltage is 17V.
  • 2. Module output terminal string has a current sampling resistor, there will be 0-0.2V voltage drop after connected to the load, it is a normal phenomenon.
  • 3. If its output is more than 3A/35W, please enhance heat dissipation!
